Caroline is responsible for the management of Recovery Operators, which involves verifying claims for subsidy under the RPS Scheme. Caroline undertakes site visits, audits and the supervision of waste characterisation studies. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Caroline holds a Masters in Environmental Science.
