Scheduled Members

A Repak "scheduled" member is defined as a business that retails directly to the general public and is not the brand holder/importer for any goods. 

Scheduled members comprise of:

• Hardware Stores
• Hospitality (Hotels/Restaurants) / Licensed Premises: Auditors Decleration  Member Application Form
• Off Licences
• Pharmacy
• General Electrical Retailers

Since March 1st 2003 companies that place packaging on the market consumed on their premises are also obligated under the legislation.

Scheduled Members pay Repak an annual scheduled fee based on a schedule of fees derived from audited information and agreed with their Symbol/Trade Association. This fee is payable in January of each year.

Scheduled Members receive certification and all other benefits of Repak membership but they do not have to submit detailed statistics. As with all Members, back fees will apply for any years a new Scheduled Member was obligated under the legislation and non-compliant.
