Repak Award Winners 2011

Congratulations to all our finalists and winners at our Repak Conference and Awards Ceremony which was held at the new Convention Centre in Spencer Dock on the 6th October. The awards recognise the efforts and ingenuity of its members, local authorities, collectors and young people in the area of packaging prevention, reuse and recycling.

The objective of the Repak Recycling Awards is to promote and encourage good recycling practice amongst industry, local authorities, waste contractors and our youth.

About the award:

The Repak Recycling Award trophy is made from recovered and recycled wood, steel and plastic. The award was specially commissioned by Repak and was crafted by artist Ronan Halpin based in Kilkenny.
