Major Producers have an annual turnover greater than €1 Million
and
place more than 10 tonnes of packaging onto the Irish market in a calendar year.

If the above statement applies to your company then you are a Major Producer as defined in the Waste Management (Packaging) Regulations 2007.

You can choose whichever option best suits your company in complying with the Regulations.

You can register with your Local Authority (Self-Compliance) or join Repak. Major Producers pay membership fees to Repak based on the amount, type and source of packaging they place on the Irish market
