Repak  

Repak assumes responsibility to fund the recovery / recycling of packaging on your behalf and issues each Member with a Certificate of Compliance. Any information provided to Repak by a Member will be regarded as strictly confidential.

• Fill out an application form for Repak membership and pay the training deposit of €1,270 (this is a non-refundable deposit which may be credited against membership fees if accurate statistics are returned within 6 weeks of the training date). Click here to download an application form.
• Attend a training course in the Repak offices which aids companies in filling in their statistical return forms. To check the times and availability of training dates please go to the Training and Events Calendar
• Submit statistical returns within 6 weeks of training. To view Repak's Statistical Returns form click here. 
• For assistance with completing this form note we offer training courses as mentioned above however before attending please review the attached   Statistics Handbook. For help calculating your statistics, click here.
• Pay a bi – annual fee and any relevant back fees based on assessment of the statistical return forms submitted to Repak. 
• For any years not obligated as a Major Producer statistical returns are not required, but an Auditor’s Declaration must be submitted for the relevant years. Click here to download an Auditor’s Declaration.
• Sign the Green Dot Licensing Agreements if required, and Scheme Rules Undertaking form (these will be posted to applicant members along with their fee invoice).
• Provide bi - annual statistics on an ongoing basis.
• Display official notices supplied by Repak indicating that you are NOT obligated to accept back packaging waste as Repak is meeting targets on your behalf.

• Confirm that your company places less than 10 tonnes of packaging onto the Irish market in a calendar year and has an annual turnover less than €1million.
• Fill out an Application Form and Auditor’s Declaration for the relevant years. Click here to download forms.
• Return the signed forms to Repak along with the Producer Membership fee.  The Producer fee for 2008 is €980.00 + 21.5% VAT.
• Display official notices supplied by Repak indicating you are participating in the national packaging compliance scheme.
