The second scheme is called European Recycling Platform (ERP) and is made up of 4 major brand owners namely HP, Electrolux, Sony and Braun. They can be contacted by telephoning 00.32.2.777.0538 or by emailing info@erp-recycling.org. Their website address is www.erp-recycling.org

Once a Producer joins an approved compliance scheme, there are some exemptions from the Regulations permitted as the compliance scheme will effectively take these on, on your behalf.
