Service Provider Recycling Awards - Application Conditions

Multiple Entries: Applicants may only submit one entry per category.

Submitting Entries: All applications must be completed electronically and submitted via email to rps@repak.ie. Handwritten or hard copy applications will not be accepted.

Receipt of Entry: Entries will be acknowledged on receipt via e-mail. Please ensure that you have received confirmation of receipt of your nomination as following the closing date, no correspondence will be entered into regarding missing entries. Information included in applications will become the property of Repak Ltd and will not be returned.

Supporting material: Supporting material may include brochures, photographs, media coverage etc.  Supporting material may be forwarded in hard or soft copy format to Repak Ltd. Additional material is for information purposes and support to the application only and may not form a basis for the judges’ decisions. Additional material that is supplied will not be returned.

Word Limit: Entries must not exceed 10 pages of text.  In the interest of fairness this rule will be strictly enforced with assessors only considering the first 10 pages of text. Please note while the page count is the maximum limit, answers may be as brief as the applicants deem appropriate.

Closing date: Deadline for receipt of completed applications is 5pm on 28th May 2010.

Short lists: A shortlist of finalists in each category will be selected prior to the awards ceremony. Recycling Award applicants will be informed in via e-mail whether they have been short listed prior to the final judging.

Announcement of Results: The announcement of the winners in each category will be made at the Annual Repak Awards Dinner to be held on the 7th October 2010 at the National Convention Centre, Spencer Dock, Dublin 1. Details of the ceremony will be provided in September to all Recycling Award finalists.
Judging: The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity: Winning entries will be publicised. Winners and short-listed applicants may be requested to participate in event publicity.
