Repak Members Conference 2009

Repak Members Conference 2009 will be held on Thursday 15th October 2009 at the Croke Park Conference Centre, Dublin

This year’s conference will focus on a number of issues which are highly topical in relation to packaging, recycling, waste management and the environmental agenda. There will be particular emphasis on how Repak members can identify practical ways to prevent and reduce product packaging.

Ivan Yates, well known broadcaster and columnist, will open the conference proceedings with his views on the future of environmental issues in Irish politics and society.

• Colm Munnelly, Packaging Technology Advisor, Repak
• Ian Leslie -Technical Director, Green Isle Food
• Martin Duggan – Microsoft Ireland
• Adrian Goodrich – Chairman, Repak

The conference will commence with registration at 8.45a.m. and conclude at 12.45 p.m.

The conference proceedings will be followed by lunch and the presentation of the 2009 Repak Recycling Awards. The awards will be presented by John Gormley, TD, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
