Conditions of entry, 2010

Multiple Entries: Companies are permitted to submit only one entry per category. However companies may submit applications in more than one category.

Submitting Entries: All applications must be completed electronically and submitted via email to memberawards@repak.ie  Handwritten or hard copy applications will not be accepted.

Receipt of Entry: Entries will be acknowledged on receipt via e-mail. Please ensure that you have received confirmation of your nomination as following the closing date, no correspondence will be entered into regarding missing entries. Information included in entries will become the property of Repak Ltd and entries will not be returned.

Supporting material: Supporting material may include brochures, photographs, media coverage etc.  Supporting material may be forwarded in hard copy to Repak Ltd or in soft copy format to memberawards@repak.ie. Additional material will not be returned.

Closing date: Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 30th.

Short lists: A shortlist of finalists in each category will be selected prior to the awards ceremony. Companies will be informed in writing whether they have been short listed prior to the final judging.

Announcement of Results: The announcement of the winners in each category will be made at the Annual Repak Awards Dinner held during Recycling Week in October 2010.

Judging: The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity: Winning entries will be publicised. Winners and short-listed applicants may be requested to participate in event publicity.
